What is your refund policy?
All purchases are final sale, however, if you receive your order and have a damaged or incorrect item, please emails us with the form below. Please include your order number and a photo of the item and we'll be happy to ship you a replacement.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. During high volume or holiday rushes, orders may process in 7-10 business days unless you have requested expedited shipping with your order.
What do I do with my packaging after I receive my order?
All packaging materials are recyclable! Break down boxes and set aside for your recycle service or compost. Poly bags, jars and bottles can be placed in your recycle or upcycled to your needs. If you're upcycling your jars or bottles, please hand wash them only.
